Ingredients

  • 200 gram Water Boiling
  • 1 pcs. Egg
  • 15 gram Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Pour boiling water, vinegar, and salt into a cup and crack the egg into the cup.
  • Immediately place the cup in the microwave and give the egg one minute at maximum power.
  • Take the cup out of the microwave and carefully lift the poached egg out of the cup. Arrange the egg on your rye bread with avocado, use it in the perfect Eggs Benedict, or place it on top of your soup - only your imagination sets the limits.
