Grease a small tart pan.
Beat eggs and sugar until the mixture is thick and frothy.
Slowly add the butter to the egg mixture in a fine thin stream while continuing to beat.
Mix flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar into the batter.
Finally, fold the grated marzipan into the batter.
Pour the batter into the greased tart pan.
Halve your pears and gently press them into the batter.
Sprinkle the tart with 2 tbsp. of cane sugar.
Bake in a regular oven at 170 degrees Celsius (338 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 40 minutes.
Allow the tart to cool and then dust it with powdered sugar.
