  • Coupe Glass

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Vodka Sipsmith
  • 2 cl Liquor Licor43
  • 2.5 cl Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 cl Sugar Syrup
  • 1 pcs. egg white organic
  • Olive Oil a few drops
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Ice Cubes
  • Angostura Bitters garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake well. They will create a foamy and smooth texture.
  • Add ice cubes to your shaker and shake again.
  • Strain the liquid into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Enjoy your wonderful lemon tart cocktail.
