Ingredients

Nut Base

  • 2 pcs. Egg
  • 75 gram Sugar
  • 4.8 gram Baking Soda
  • 50 gram Wheat Flour
  • 75 gram Dark chocolate coarsely chopped
  • 100 gram nuts blended e.g., almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc. - use what you have

Strawberry Foam

  • 200 gram Cream
  • 4.2 gram Vanilla Sugar
  • 50 gram Strawberry Jam creamy or blended
  • 8 pcs. Strawberry fresh, cut into small cubes

Garnish

  • 150 gram Berry fresh, e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or currants

Instructions

Nut base

  • Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  • Fold in the remaining ingredients.
  • Line a round springform pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into the pan.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (conventional), until the base is firm and golden.

Strawberry cream

  • Whisk the cream until whipped cream and fold in the vanilla sugar, jam, and diced berries.
  • Spread the cream on the cooled base and top with berries and chocolate - serve
