Noodle salad with bell pepper, peas, and carrots

An absolutely fantastic meal salad; crisp, vibrant, hearty, and bursting with greens and lots of flavor – I love it! The salad includes both cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, peas, and other good stuff and is served with the most delicious peanut butter dressing.
