Notes

What is mango syrup used for?

Mango syrup can be used in cakes, both in the batter and in the cream. It can also be used in various drinks, such as Gin Hass or the slightly fresher Mango Toots

How do you know if a mango is ripe?

A ripe mango is slightly soft when you press it but not mushy. And if there's a strong scent in a mango, use your nose!

How should you store a mango?

If the mango is not quite ripe, store it at room temperature for a couple of days. Otherwise, it can last a couple of weeks in the fridge.
