Lemon Thyme Olivetto

I love this combination of lemon meringue pie and an Olivetto. They just melt together perfectly, and if you close your eyes, it's almost impossible to tell the difference.

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Martini Glass

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Vodka
  • 3 cl Liquor Licor43
  • 3 cl Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 cl Syrup lemon thyme
  • 1 pcs. egg white
  • 2 drops Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Put everything (except the ice cubes) in a shaker and shake it very hard.
  • Add the ice cubes to the shaker and shake again.
  • Pour it into a chilled coupe/martini glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
