Ingredients
- 150 gram Wheat Flour
- 75 gram Powdered Sugar
- 150 gram Butter cold
- 14 gram Egg beaten
- Lemon Zest from 1 lemon
- 30 gram Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Mix flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Crumble the butter into the flour mixture.
- Add lemon zest, juice, and egg.
- Roll the dough into a roll about 20 cm long.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably until the next day.
- Cut the cookies into appropriate pieces and bake them at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 8-10 minutes.
Notes
Tip: optionally substitute some of the lemon zest with lime zest.
