Start by making a cup of black coffee.
The coffee should be brewed about 3x stronger than it would normally be drunk.
If you have the option to make an espresso, I highly recommend it!
Then pour a good handful of ice cubes into a glass, followed by the milk.
The milk should fill 3/4 of the glass, while the coffee should fill 1/4.
To sweeten the iced coffee, pour syrup into the glass.
It's up to you how sweet you want your iced coffee.
To pour the coffee in, use a spoon to guide the coffee onto, then into the glass.
The spoon should be slightly tilted, with the tip down in the glass.
Try as best as possible to aim the spoon's tip toward an ice cube, so the coffee hits an ice-cold ice cube in the milk first.
Pour the coffee in slowly and gently using this method.
If the coffee doesn't layer on top, it's either too thin or didn't hit the ice cube first.
When serving the coffee, stir it thoroughly with a spoon before enjoying it.✨
