Homemade Pan bread

Ingredients

  • 5 gram Yeast
  • 300 gram Water lukewarm
  • 18 gram Salt
  • 250 gram Wheat Flour about

Instructions

    1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
    2. Let the dough rise for 45 - 60 minutes.
    3. Then place a Teflon pan on the stove and turn it on medium-high heat.
    4. Pour a portion of dough onto the hot pan.
    5. Bake the bread for 4 minutes on each side.Pan bread
    6. Take the finished bread off the pan. Keep the breads warm in a tea towel while you make the remaining ones. The bread will become hard as it cools, so they should be eaten while deliciously warm :-)
