Dissolve the yeast in the water, stir in the salt and oil.
Add flour and mix well, optionally using a mixer.
Let it rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, 8-10 mm thick.
Mix cream cheese and half of the chopped herbs – spread the mixture over the bread. Make sure to cover all the edges.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the cream cheese and distribute the remaining herbs on top of the grated cheese.
Roll the dough into a long sausage and cut slits in the top. Place it in a bread pan lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle salt on top of the bread and bake for about 35 minutes.
