Flatbread (4 pcs.)
- 200 gram Wheat Flour
- 3 gram Salt
- 10 gram Baking Soda
- 125 gram Water
- Spices Herb salt, chili salt or other spice
- 27 gram Oil + a little for brushing
Chicken dumplings (approx. 12 pieces)
- 400 gram Minced Chicken
- 1 pcs. Egg
- 35 gram Oatmeal
- 6 gram Salt
- 1 clove Garlic Crushed
- 1 gram Thyme Dried
- 0.5 pcs. Onion Finely chopped
- Butter For frying
Bulgur salad (2-3 pers.)
- 150 gram Bulgur
- 0.25 pcs. Cucumber
- 100 gram Broccoli
- 1 handful Arugula
- 45 gram Feta Salad cheese
Herb Dressing
- 45 gram Sour Cream
- 1 handful Herbs chopped herbs (I used parsley, chives, and mint)
- 2.5 gram Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper
Flatbread
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and oil together in a bowl.
Add the water and stir well.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until it is smooth and elastic.
Divide it into 4 pieces.
Roll all 4 pieces into pancakes about 1/2 cm thick.
Brush the pancakes with a little oil and sprinkle with spices.
Cook them in a pan with the oiled side down.
Brush the other side with oil and sprinkle with spices as well.
Bake the bread until golden on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Bulgur Salad
Cook the bulgur according to the instructions and let it cool while draining.
Rinse the arugula and let it drain.
Boil the broccoli for 2-3 minutes, cut it into smaller pieces, and quickly fry it in the pan with a little oil, salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
Once everything has cooled, mix all ingredients in a bowl and the salad is ready to serve.
