Healthier protein cookies with chocolate and hazelnuts. That’s why I’ve created a recipe for some healthy cookies that only contain natural sugar, healthy fats, and protein powder.

Ingredients

  • 1 pcs. Ripe Banana
  • 1 pcs. Egg
  • 35 gram Oatmeal
  • 35 gram Coconut Flour
  • 4.5 gram Coconut Oil
  • 25 gram Dark chocolate chopped
  • 30 gram Protein Powder chocolate, e.g. Bodylab
  • 40 gram Hazelnuts chopped

Instructions

  • The banana is mashed with a fork, and then all the other ingredients are mixed in.
  • The dough is placed on a baking sheet with parchment paper in 7 to 9 dollops (Note: they will retain the shape you make them in, they do not spread out).
  • They are now placed in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15 to 18 minutes - until they have a good color.
  • Afterwards, they are cooled on a rack.
