Healthy muffins

They are not quite as sweet as regular muffins, but they can be used for both breakfast and snack time, or included in your kids' lunchbox.

Ingredients

  • 3 pcs. Egg
  • 2 pcs. Ripe Banana Puréed
  • 50 gram Coconut Flour
  • 100 gram Oatmeal
  • 100 gram Flour
  • 100 gram Milk
  • 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
  • 1 gram Cardamom
  • 32 gram Honey
  • 5 gram Baking Soda
  • 90 gram Frozen blueberries

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients, except the blueberries, thoroughly in a bowl.
  • Finally, fold in the blueberries and distribute the batter into muffin forms.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit), until golden and thoroughly baked.
