The key to successfully cooking pancakes is to have the pan hot when you start. So, begin by heating the pan over medium-high heat.
Remove the peel from the bananas and mash them well with a fork.
Add the two eggs and whisk the mixture well.
Then, add the oats and whisk again until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Next, slowly add the milk until you achieve a smooth, pancake-like batter. You might not need all the milk.
Add salt and stir, and the batter is ready to be fried.
Add oil to the pan and use a ladle to spread a few pancakes in the pan.
After a couple of minutes, flip them and cook until golden on the other side.
Serve, for example, with chopped almonds.
