Greek Salad

Greek salad is one of my favorite salads and goes well with many dishes.Tastes fantastic, for example, with lasagna.

Ingredients

  • 250 gram Cherry Tomatoes
  • 0.5 pcs. Cucumber
  • 1 pcs. Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 27 gram Olive Oil
  • 100 gram Feta
  • 0.5 gram Oregano dried
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
  • 2. Add oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • 3. Mix the salad and arrange it on a plate or similar.
  • 4. Cut or break the feta into appropriate pieces and place them on the salad.
  • 5. Finally, drizzle a bit of olive oil over the salad and sprinkle a little extra oregano on top.
