Garlic butter with parsley and roasted garlic

Garlic butter is a staple that enhances everything from grilled meats to warm bread, and when made with roasted garlic, it takes on an entirely new depth of flavor. The slow roasting process mellows the garlic’s sharpness, turning it into a sweet, caramelized delight that blends beautifully with butter and fresh parsley.
