We cooked the polenta according to the package instructions and cooled it in a square container.

Once the polenta is poured into a container, it should be placed in the fridge to cool down.
This can easily be done in the morning or the day before you are going to serve it.
Once they are cooled, they should be cut into fry sizes.
Toss them in oil with salt and pepper. Place them in an ovenproof dish or on a baking tray with parchment paper and bake them for 25-35 minutes at 225 degrees Celsius (437 degrees Fahrenheit) with a fan.
Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves and salt/parmesan on top and serve immediately.
Serve the dish with coleslaw (see recipes at the bottom of the page) and dressing or homemade mayonnaise.
