French toast
These French toast with cream cheese and strawberries are just delicious. Sweet, tangy, crispy, and soft all at once... yum...
Ingredients
- 2 slices White Bread
- 100 gram Strawberry
- 21 gram Honey Liquid
- 100 gram Butter Cheese Natural
- 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
- 1 pcs. Egg
- 50 gram Milk
- Oil For frying
Instructions
- Slice the strawberries thinly, toss them in honey, and let them sit for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese, vanilla sugar, and honey together.
- Spread the cheese mixture on the bread slices and distribute the strawberries on one slice.
- Place the other slice on top.
- Whisk the eggs and milk together in a deep plate and dip the sandwich in it.
- Fry in a pan with a bit of oil for a couple of minutes on each side.
- Serve warm with honey
