Water, 2 tbsp salt, and oil are mixed together in a bowl, and the yeast is added to the mixture.
Once the yeast has dissolved, add the flour gradually.
Watch your dough and stop adding flour if it is firm after 300 grams, for instance.
If not, continue adding flour.
When the dough is not too sticky, cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rise for 1 hour.
Afterwards, place the dough in an oiled pan.
Poke holes in the dough with your fingers so the oil can seep in.
Add oil to the holes along with rosemary.
Cover and let it rise again for 1 hour.
Now the bread goes in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
When the bread is baked, it can be placed on a rack to get a crispy bottom.
