Instructions
Set the noodles to boil.
Fry the chicken pieces in a bit of butter until they brown.
Prepare all the vegetables and add them to the wok/pan, sauté for 4-5 mins.
Add curry paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, and lime juice. Stir and let simmer for 4-5 mins – or until the vegetables have the consistency you desire.
Drain the noodles and toss them in the wok.
Season with salt and possibly more soy sauce, chili sauce, or lime.
