Earl Grey Ice Tea

We bring you a recipe for a delicious homemade lemonade, made from fresh lemons. This delightful refreshment is perfect for a hot summer day and can also be used to mix with Earl Grey tea.

Ingredients

  • 5 pcs. Lemon
  • 1 dl Water
  • 1 dl Sugar
  • 1 liters Water
  • 1 pcs. Earl Gray Letter
  • 1 liters Water

Instructions

Citron Syrup

  • Put water and sugar in a pot and boil until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Meanwhile, juice 5 lemons.
  • Once the sugar is dissolved, add the lemon juice and bring it to a gentle boil.
  • Turn off the heat and strain the lemon syrup before pouring it into a bottle.

Lemonade

  • Let the syrup cool down before mixing it with 1.5 liters of water.
  • Now you have a delicious lemonade. Earl Grey Tea.
  • Boil the water and place the tea bag in.
  • Let it steep for 5 minutes and remove the bag.
  • Chill the tea in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Earl Grey Ice Tea

  • Mix the lemonade and Earl Grey tea 50/50.
  • If you prefer it sweeter, add more lemonade and vice versa.
  • Perfect for a hot summer day.
