Equipment

  • Lowball glass

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Rome Dark
  • 1.5 cl Lime
  • 2 splashes Angostura Bitters
  • Ginger beer Fill the glass
  • Lime Boat/wheel as garnish

Instructions

  • Pour lime and ginger beer into a lowball glass with ice cubes.
  • Top up with ginger beer until there's about 1 cm left in the glass.
  • Carefully pour the rum along the edge of the glass to create the illusion of a "Storm in a Glass".
  • Top with 2 dashes of angostura and a lime boat/wheel.
