- 100 gram Bacon home-smoked
Cut bacon slices into approximately 1 centimeter pieces and lightly flatten them with the palm of your hand.
Cut into small cubes as desired.
Pan-fry the bacon cubes for 15-20 minutes over medium-high heat, until they are crispy and golden.
Let the bacon drain on absorbent paper (kitchen towel) and use them as a garnish for soups, for example.
