Cocktail with Moscato d'Asti

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Cointreau
  • 6 cl Strawberry Puréed
  • 4 cl Moscato d'Asti Preferably more if it can fit in the glass

Instructions

  • Freeze your glass for 30 minutes before you have your drink.
  • Blend the strawberries with Cointreau. This can be done in a good blender or using a hand blender.
  • Pour the purée into the glass and add your Asti to the rim.
  • Serve immediately.
