Melt the chocolate over a water bath and then add eggs and flour.

Put it in your siphon bottle and give it one shot with the cartridge.

This makes the dough light and airy. The result resembles a molten chocolate cake.

The mixture is directly sprayed into a greased bowl or paper cup and should be filled no more than two-thirds full.

Then bake it in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds.

Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
