Start by chopping the two onions and one of the bell peppers.
Put them in a pot with a bit of oil, and let them cook until soft.
Then add 2 tablespoons of paprika, followed by a can of chopped tomatoes.
Stir it all together, then add the water and the cooking cream.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes under a lid.
Meanwhile, cut the chicken to the desired size, and cook in a pan with 2-3 tablespoons of paprika, salt, and pepper.
Once the sauce has simmered for about 10 minutes, blend it with an immersion blender until it has a creamy consistency.
When the chicken is browned, add it to the sauce.
Let everything simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Always take a piece of chicken out of the pot and check if it’s cooked through.
Finally, add the last chopped bell pepper, along with the chopped parsley.
Garnish with fried pine nuts if desired ♥️.
