Rinse and clean leeks, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. Cut leeks into slices and cauliflower and Brussels sprouts into smaller pieces – place the vegetables in an ovenproof dish.Cut chicken into slices and place on top of the vegetables. Season well with salt and pepper.Put water, cream, bouillon cube, and half of the cheese in a pot – let simmer until the cheese is melted, then pour the sauce into the dish. Top with the remaining half of the grated cheese.Bake the dish for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) – until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.While the dish is in the oven, fry the bacon until crispy.After about half an hour, take the dish out, top with bacon and parsley, and serve – possibly with rice 😊
