Ingredients

  • 200 gram Bacon in cubes
  • 2 pcs. Garlic finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 250 gram Mushroom sliced
  • Butter for frying
  • 500 gram Sliced beef sliced into strips
  • 16 gram Wheat Flour
  • 14 gram Paprika
  • 6 gram Salt
  • 1.5 gram Pepper
  • 30 gram Tomato Puree
  • 3 pcs. Bay Leaf
  • 400 gram Water
  • 1 pcs. Stock Cube beef
  • 100 gram whipping cream
  • 1 handful Parsley minced

Instructions

  • Fry bacon until crispy in a pot and then take them out of the pot.
