Instructions
I picked all the leaves and rinsed them. The leaves were accompanied by the oil and the now coarsely chopped garlic cloves, along with a bit of salt.
I blended everything for a minimum of 5 minutes at full speed. Stop occasionally and scrape down the edges if needed.
Now the oil is ready and can be used for plating. Use the oil for pizza, croutons, soups, baguettes, etc.
