Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches Basil Leaves fresh
  • 184 gram Olive Oil a good quality enhances the dish significantly
  • 2 pinches Flake Salt
  • 3 cloves Garlic

Instructions

  • I picked all the leaves and rinsed them. The leaves were accompanied by the oil and the now coarsely chopped garlic cloves, along with a bit of salt.
  • I blended everything for a minimum of 5 minutes at full speed. Stop occasionally and scrape down the edges if needed.
  • Now the oil is ready and can be used for plating. Use the oil for pizza, croutons, soups, baguettes, etc.
