Equipment

  • Cocktail Glass 2 pcs.
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Bowl
  • Whisk

Ingredients

  • 5 pcs. Digestive biscuits
  • 60 gram Dulce de leche caramelized milk, can be bought ready-made in a can
  • 1 pcs. Banana
  • 200 gram Cream
  • 2 gram Vanilla Sugar
  • 10 gram Powdered Sugar
  • 25 gram Daim chocolate

Instructions

  • Crush the biscuits and distribute them at the bottom of two glasses.
  • Put dulce de leche on top of the biscuits, about 1 1/2 tbsp in each glass.
  • Cut the banana into slices and distribute most of it in the two glasses – but save some of the banana (it will be mixed with the whipped cream in the next step)
  • Put cream, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar in a bowl and whisk until light and airy. Fold the reserved banana into the whipped cream and then distribute the cream in the glasses.
  • Chop the Daim chocolate and top your glasses with it – serve.
