Recipe for wok dish super easy….here’s how you do it
A really quick, easy, and delicious stir-fry dish with chicken breast, vegetables, and a bunch of good spices.

Ingredients
- 600 gram Chicken Breast
- 1 pcs. Red bell pepper
- 1 bunch Scallion - Spring Onions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 13.6 gram Sesame Oil
- 5.2 gram Ground ginger
- 7.8 gram Chili Powder
- 32 gram Soya
- 30 gram Rice Wine
- 18 gram Mirin Asian sweetener
- 1 pcs. Stock Cube chicken
- Spices salt and pepper
- 30 gram Lime Juice
- 400 gram Coconut Milk
Instructions
- Start by cutting the chicken into bite-sized cubes. Cut the bell pepper into strips and the spring onions into smaller pieces. Finely chop the garlic. Heat a wok and add the sesame oil. Add the ginger, chili, and garlic to the pan and let it warm through for about a minute. Add the chicken and fry it until it gets a bit of a crust. Add soy sauce, rice wine, mirin, and crumbled chicken bouillon cube. Stir so everything is well mixed. Add the spring onions and coconut milk and let it simmer for about a minute. Finally, add the bell pepper and season to taste with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Serve the dish with noodles or cooked rice as a side.
