Ingredients
- 12 pcs. Cherry Tomatoes
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- Basil Fresh
- Salt and Pepper
- 4 slices Bread
Instructions
- Cut the tomatoes into quarters and mix them with oil, pressed garlic, and finely chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread well and serve immediately with a couple of spoonfuls of the tomato mixture on top. Garnish with fresh basil.
