Recipe for strawberry chia pudding with strawberry compote and muesli
Chia pudding for breakfast….? It’s both easy and super duper healthy, and it tastes delightful.
This one is mixed with strawberry purée and, after soaking overnight, it’s layered with strawberry compote and granola. The result is a creamy, sweet yet fresh mix with delightful strawberry flavor and a crunch from the granola.
I stir a bit of oats into my chia pudding, as it adds some body and texture which I like, but it can easily be omitted if preferred.
Regardless, such a mix is tip-top delicious as breakfast, a snack, or even a healthy dessert.
