Spinach Salad with Parma Ham, Pears, and Salty Almonds
Ingredients
Salad
- 75 gram Fresh spinach
- 24 slices Parma Ham
- 1 pcs. Pear in cubes
- 25 gram Parmesan in flakes
- 1 dl Salted almonds chopped
Dressing
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Honey liquid
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together and toss it with the spinach.
- Cut the pear into cubes and toss it with the spinach.
- Fry the ham until crispy in a pan, then break it into smaller pieces.
- Arrange on a platter: spinach blend at the bottom, ham on top, and on top Parmesan flakes and chopped salty almonds. Serve!
