Recipe for sourdough
Sourdough. Everyone knows about it, but how do you make a sourdough starter? Here is a recipe for a delightful sourdough starter.

Ingredients
- 52 gram Wheat Flour
- 52 gram Flour Graham Flour
- 55 gram Rye Flour
- 300 gram Water
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and make sure there are no lumps. Place the sourdough in a container (with a lid) and let it sit on the kitchen counter with the lid loosely on top. Let it sit on the kitchen counter for 4 days, and remember to whisk it a couple of times a day. After 4 days, the sourdough will have started to become a bit acidic and will be ready to use.
