Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 pcs. Banana
  • 2 tablespoon Plain yogurt I used Cheasy Vanilla
  • 2 tsp. Peanut Butter
  • 0.5 tsp. Vanilla Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder with top
  • 2 dl Almond Milk

Instructions

  • Put the ingredients in a blender and let it spin.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy with a clear conscience.

Notes

Tip: Reduce 1/2 of the almond milk for a consistency that can be eaten with a spoon, making it suitable as a "porridge" for a smoothie bowl topped with crunch and fruit.
