Salmon with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. Salmon Fillet
  • 1 pcs. Onion diced
  • 1 handful Mushroom in slices.
  • 0.25 l Whipping Cream
  • 14.2 gram Butter Cheese cream cheese - can be omitted
  • 1 clove Garlic or garlic salt
  • 2.3 gram Nutmeg ground
  • 1 gram Oregano dried

Instructions

  • Start by frying the salmon fillets on both sides for 2-3 minutes, or until they are as cooked through as you like.
  • Remove the salmon from the pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and mushrooms.
  • Add chili and nutmeg.
  • Pour over the cream and 1 tbsp of cream cheese.
  • Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and chili.
  • Let it simmer for a few minutes and add the salmon at the end before serving.
  • Bon appetit.
