Salmon with Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 pcs. Salmon Fillet
- 1 pcs. Onion diced
- 1 handful Mushroom in slices.
- 0.25 l Whipping Cream
- 14.2 gram Butter Cheese cream cheese - can be omitted
- 1 clove Garlic or garlic salt
- 2.3 gram Nutmeg ground
- 1 gram Oregano dried
Instructions
- Start by frying the salmon fillets on both sides for 2-3 minutes, or until they are as cooked through as you like.
- Remove the salmon from the pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and mushrooms.
- Add chili and nutmeg.
- Pour over the cream and 1 tbsp of cream cheese.
- Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and chili.
- Let it simmer for a few minutes and add the salmon at the end before serving.
