Ingredients
- 200 gram Butter
- 200 gram Cane Sugar
- 150 gram Flour
- 2 pcs. Egg
- 30 gram Water
- 250 gram Dark chocolate
- 10 gram Cocoa
- 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
- Marshmallows mini
- Peanuts
- Caramel Sauce optional
Instructions
- Melt the butter in the microwave or in a water bath, and then add 200 grams of chopped dark chocolate.
- Stir until it becomes a liquid mass.
- Add then sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar (in that order!).
- Stir everything well together.
- Then mix the cocoa with the flour, and add it to the mixture.
- Stir it well, along with 2 tablespoons of water.
- Add the batter to a lined baking tray, then place it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for 25 minutes (convection).
- After 25 minutes, take the cake out and decorate with the remaining dark chocolate, marshmallows, and peanuts.
- Put it back in the oven for 5 more minutes, until the marshmallows turn golden.
- Finally, decorate with fresh marshmallows and caramel sauce.

Note: I bought the mini marshmallows at Meny, which are fat-free, nut-free, and made with fish gelatin.
