Quick and Easy Potato Pizza with Pesto

Recipe for potato pizza
Easy and delicious vegetarian pizza made in just 30 minutes. This dish is perfect for a busy family’s weekday meal.
I “cheated” and used a store-bought pizza dough, but it doesn’t make it taste any less delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 pcs. Pizza Dough 1 roll of store-bought pizza dough
- 125 gram Ricotta 1/2 pack
- 32 gram Pesto Green
- 14 gram Oil Olives
- 1 pcs. Red Onion
- 1 pcs. Potato Large
- 70 gram Mozzarella Chees Grated
- Spices Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 225 degrees Celsius (437 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan).
- Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and let it sit at room temperature for a bit.
- Spread ricotta on the base.
- Cut onions and potatoes into thin slices and place them on the pizza base.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix pesto and oil in a small ramekin/bowl and spread it on the pizza - sprinkle with grated mozzarella at the end.
- When the oven is hot, switch it from fan to conventional oven.
- Bake the pizza in the oven at 225 degrees Celsius (437 degrees Fahrenheit) for approximately 12-15 minutes.
