Recipe for oven semi-dried tomatoes
Semidried tomatoes with oregano and garlic:
Semidried tomatoes are truly delicious and can be used in many different contexts, such as tapas, bread, pesto, salads, etc.
Additionally, you get a super tasty herb oil when you make them, which is also suitable for marinades and dressings.
If you grow your own tomatoes, this would be perfect to make if you have too many, as it gives them a long shelf life.

- Cutting Board
- Knife
- Ovenproof dish
- Oven
- Canning Jar Or similar container
Ingredients
- 500 gram Cherry Tomatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 gram Oregano
- 28 gram Oil + oil for pouring into the glass
- 8 gram Sugar
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a baking tray with the spices, oil, garlic, and salt and pepper.
- Mix everything together.
- Then place them in the oven at 100°C for 2 hours.
- Finally, put them in a glass, pouring oil over until they are covered.
