Orange salad with rosemary dressing
Ummm, this salad just tastes like summer and sunshine. I love the taste of oranges and combined with rosemary, yum.

Ingredients
- 6 pcs. Orange peeled and sliced thinly
- 0.5 pcs. fennel finely chopped
- 0.5 pcs. Lettuce Onions finely chopped
- 1 package Pine Nuts
- 100 gram cheese into small pieces. I used Tange Sø cheese
Dressing
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- fresh rosemary 1 handful, finely chopped
- 1 pcs. Orange juice only
- 2 pinch Flake Salt
Instructions
- Toast the pine nuts over medium heat on a dry pan.
- Peel the oranges and slice them thinly.
- Finely chop the fennel and salad onion.
- Mix the dressing well in a small bowl until it reaches a uniform consistency.
- Arrange the orange slices on a platter followed by the fennel, salad onion, mango, and cheese.
- Pour the dressing over and top with the toasted pine nuts.
