Recipe for homemade oatmeal cookies

Easy oatmeal cookies that are a great treat.

We especially enjoy them around Christmas and children love them.

Homemade Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 100 gram Butter
  • 150 gram Sugar
  • 110 gram Oatmeal
  • 1 Egg
  • 4.8 gram Baking Soda
  • 2.6 gram Wheat Flour

Instructions

  • Melt the butter and pour it over the oats, let it sit for 10 minutes Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and egg with the oat mixture. Drop the oat mixture with a spoon onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave ample space between the dollops so they don’t merge together. Bake them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (conventional oven) for 10 minutes Let them cool on a wire rack
