Recipe for mulled wine
Mulled wine – or glögg – is the most Christmassy of all beverages, at least in much of Northern Europe. And it is loved by both children and adults. Therefore, people often make both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions, so everyone at the gathering can join in!
My recipe for mulled wine is a good basic recipe that most adults will enjoy! If you ask me, a proper adult mulled wine should have a pronounced flavor, and not just taste like juice and cloves 😉
If, like me, you appreciate a delightful classic mulled wine with a strong flavor, this is the recipe for you.
