Recipe for macaroons to your taste
You can make macaroon cakes in several ways, but the basic recipe is the same. There is room for variation depending on whether you want light and airy cakes or compact cakes with a crust and a dense core.
The way to vary them is quite simple by adjusting the amount of macaroons in relation to wheat flour. If there are equal parts wheat flour and macaroons, you get compact cakes with a fantastic crust on the top. If you add more wheat flour, the cake will become lighter.
