Recipe for grandma’s pancakes
There are as many pancake recipes as there are families.
Often, the recipes are passed down from generation to generation, with small changes occurring over time. Until we find just the one that suits us best.
This recipe is my version of the pancakes I remember being served in my grandmother’s kitchen.
