Recipe for gozleme
Gözleme with spinach and feta.
Delicious crispy bread with a creamy filling inside.

Equipment
- Bowl
- Cutting Board
- Chef'S Knife
- Rolling Pin
- Frying Pan
Ingredients
- 400 gram Flour
- 150 gram Water
- 90 gram Oil
- 1 pcs. Egg
- 130 gram Spinach
- 200 gram Feta
- 27 gram Oil for the filling
- 12 gram Salt
- Pepper
- 60 gram Lemon Juice can be up to 5 tablespoons
Instructions
- Start by mixing flour, oil, water, egg, and 1/2 tsp salt together.
- Knead the dough thoroughly and set aside.
- The dough will have a more oily surface than a normal dough.
- Chop the spinach a bit (but not into small pieces) and mix it with feta, oil, and lemon juice.
- Mix everything well until it has a creamy and cohesive consistency.
- Now take the dough and divide it into 5 lumps.
- Then take one lump of dough and roll it out into a circle.
- Make sure the dough is rolled relatively thin.
- Then cover half of the circle with the filling and fold the other half of the dough over.
- Seal the edges by pressing them thoroughly together.
- Add oil to the pan and fry them on medium/high heat for about 7 minutes on each side.
- Enjoy.
