Ingredients
- 600 gram Cod Or another white fish, e.g., pangasius fillet, pollock, or hake fillet
- 1 pcs. Egg
- Wheat Flour
- Grate
- Spices paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper
- Oil for deep-frying
Instructions
- Rinse and dry the fish and cut it into nugget-sized pieces.
- Beat the egg in a deep plate.

- Fry the fish pieces in the oil - not too many at a time - until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Let the finished fish nuggets drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve the homemade fish nuggets with homemade oven-baked French fries and homemade Sauce Tartare.
Notes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan-forced) and place your nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put the tray in the oven and bake them for about 20 minutes. You may want to turn them once during baking.
