Ingredients

Marinade

  • 3 pcs. Chili red or green - sliced
  • 75 gram Chilli Sauce to taste - you can, for example, settle for 4 tbsp.
  • 74 gram Honey
  • 60 gram Soya
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 34 gram Ketchup
  • 15 gram Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Fish Sauce a few drops
  • 18 gram Tamarind
  • 2 gram White pepper
  • 2 gram Pepper black
  • Fresh ginger a little - grated
  • 3 gram Chili Flakes
  • 2 pcs. Chili red - whole and dried
  • Salt to taste
  • 200 gram Chicken boneless - cut into either strips or cubes

Preparation

  • Oil for frying
  • 75 gram Chicken Broth
  • 0.5 pcs. Red bell pepper
  • 0.5 pcs. Bell Pepper green
  • 1 pcs. Red Onion
  • 2 pcs. Scallion - Spring Onions only the white part
  • 1 pcs. Lime

Instructions

Marinate

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl along with the chicken.Let it sit overnight or at least a few hours.

Cooking

  • Heat some oil in a wok and add only the marinated chicken – remember you should NOT add the rest of the marinade/sauce the chicken has been sitting in.You will need that later.Once the chicken is fully cooked, add the vegetables, the remaining marinade/sauce, the juice from 1 lime, and the broth.Stir-fry for a few minutes.Serve with rice and some fresh lime.
