Ingredients
Marinade
- 3 pcs. Chili red or green - sliced
- 75 gram Chilli Sauce to taste - you can, for example, settle for 4 tbsp.
- 74 gram Honey
- 60 gram Soya
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 34 gram Ketchup
- 15 gram Apple Cider Vinegar
- Fish Sauce a few drops
- 18 gram Tamarind
- 2 gram White pepper
- 2 gram Pepper black
- Fresh ginger a little - grated
- 3 gram Chili Flakes
- 2 pcs. Chili red - whole and dried
- Salt to taste
- 200 gram Chicken boneless - cut into either strips or cubes
Preparation
- Oil for frying
- 75 gram Chicken Broth
- 0.5 pcs. Red bell pepper
- 0.5 pcs. Bell Pepper green
- 1 pcs. Red Onion
- 2 pcs. Scallion - Spring Onions only the white part
- 1 pcs. Lime

Instructions
Marinate
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl along with the chicken.Let it sit overnight or at least a few hours.
Cooking
- Heat some oil in a wok and add only the marinated chicken – remember you should NOT add the rest of the marinade/sauce the chicken has been sitting in.You will need that later.Once the chicken is fully cooked, add the vegetables, the remaining marinade/sauce, the juice from 1 lime, and the broth.Stir-fry for a few minutes.Serve with rice and some fresh lime.
