Recipe for filled pork tenderloin with basil and cheese
PORK TENDERLOIN WITH BASIL AND CHEESE, YUMMY!
We actually have a lot of pork tenderloin at home, now that I think about it—it’s incredibly easy to prepare it deliciously.
Tenderloin with filling is the classic way to serve tenderloin at home, where the filling is replaced with various options.
This is one of my favorite fillings, as the tenderloin becomes flavorful and juicy.

Equipment
- Cutting Board
- Pre-Slicing Knife
- Grill (Option 1)
- Ovenproof dish (Option 2)
- Oven (Option 2)
Ingredients
- 1 pcs. Pork Tenderloin
- 1 pcs. Mozzarella Chees fresh and crumbled
- cheese 1 handful of Emmental cheese, grated
- 2.5 gram Basil liquid
- Flake Salt
- 2 packages Bacon
Instructions
- Trim the tenderloin for sinew and fat, and cut a groove down the middle of it. Fill the groove first with liquid basil, then crumbled mozzarella, and top with grated Emmental. Wrap the entire tenderloin in bacon. Place it on the grill for 20 minutes (alternatively, put the tenderloin in an ovenproof dish and into the oven for 20 minutes at 210 degrees Celsius (410 degrees Fahrenheit) convection, until the bacon is crispy). Side dish: Salad.
